BEWARE!!! Dont select this post office for Local Collect as the female teller wont release the parcel even with valid ID. We had to go back a few times to the counter to tell her to double check if our package was there which it was! (right beside her) Told us to come back the next day even though the Royal Mail Tracking said our parcel is ready to collect. Wasted my time didnt even apologize and tried to reason her way out. Unprofessional!

Post Office is supposed to be opened from 8:00 and here I am at 8:51 waiting for the girl to arrive as apparently she comes at 9:00. Update your opening times if you can?t be bothered to start on time and stop wasting people?s time!

My go to post office, I moved a bit further but I still go there. Polite staff and helpful.Would recommend, parcels have always been delivered accordingly and never had a problem.

Posted a couple of parcels at this post office by first class signed for and it seems they have not left the post office. So the intended recipients do not have their parcels but someone else does. Hmmmm..... I'd use another post office i certanly will not be using this one again for sure

The Post Office is NOT open from 6.00 to 6.00. It closes at 5.30 at the latest. Went out of my way to get there only to find it closed.

Tile Cross Sub Post Office is by its nature quite a small place, but they seem to be able to offer a great range of products and services even so. The place is friendly but efficient and the people there seem to make a real effort to get to know you a bit as a person, and friend. Everytime ive been in there to send mail they have always given me really good advice about getting the item to their destination quickly and safely but without paying out unnecesarily for more expensive services. Hence i trust them greatly now for impartial advice. They have a good range of envelopes wrapping tape bubble wrap etc if you need stocks, and they can give good advice and often set up Post Office accounts and services here. Id definitely say they offer a brilliant service and id encourage other people in the area to kleep supporting them, as id hate to see places like this under threaty of closure. Highly recommended.
