I've read lots of negative reviews but I think this is pretty good post office never had any problems and the staff are very helpful we should be greatful we still have a post office in nechells because there's nothing else left here no banks no main shopping area you'll have to travel to Alum rock or Erdington so if this post office closed down I don't think people will like lining up in Alum rock or Erdington.

Went in they said the staff managing the post office was unwell and I have to wait when they come back. Didn't give me a specific time and said I should use another post office and not rely on them.

They open whenever they wake up not during opening hours, sometimes 11.00 sometimes 10.30 sometimes 10.00 what is this ? Avoid this post office, rude and bad attitude

Honestly no understand why they display opening hours from 6am when they closed. I was excited I found post office that opens early I came there around 8.30am and they were CLOSED, sooo disappointing and time wasting. ?Update your working hours please so u won?t mislead people!!!
