Has to be the worse experience EVER at ANY POST OFFICE , I was shouted down abused and threatened by the man behind the counter who obviously has an anger problem and gets stressed at the least little thing , stay clear of this post office / shop it should come with a health warning for the elderly.Disgusting behaviour for a Postmaster.All this happened around 12 pm lunchtimethis Post Office is not fit for purpose , it does not serve the local community at all.I had wasted journey to collect a parcel which he said wasn't there even though I had a message from Amazon on my phone to say that's it was ready for collection , he refused to look for it and I had to leave empty handed as he was getting very very angry and I felt that he may be violent towards me .

the post office counter is never open ever!despite opening hours stating so. the older man is arrogant and rude. no customer service skills at all. gets really angry and frustrated just cz i asked opening times.1pm he says he can't take my parcel cz his closed. I'm 9months pregnant n made the visit after checking opening hours.previously i visited during covid times he was following me around the shop incase I stole something which he blatantly said. firstly i have never stolen anything in my 30yrs secondly I'm a working professional so I can pay for the 2 crisps I bought. its disgusting how they treat customers. surprised they are still open

Honestly the worst customer service. I?ve attempted on several occasions to use this post office as it?s on route and regretted it each time. On this occasion I just had to leave. So unbelievably rude. My partner has also been on occasions and experienced the same treatment but also found the man running it very sexiest and she was made to feel very uncomfortable. I would very rarely go out of my way to express such a negative review but I actually hope that the owners take the time to read and appreciate the negative reviews from what would seem quite a few customers and find improvement

The mature man , haa no idea about customer service. This post office is the worst in the area. Poor opening times.I attended yesterday with a code to return a parcel. He informed he could not scan the code. He did try 3 times. So, i went to Perry Barr post office. A lovely lady at the counter informed me it waa a QR code which i need to scan and complete and i will receive a post office code for them to scan. I did return back to Walsall rd post office. I tried to explain how he can help customers in future but he was not interested. Only use if you want to buy a stamp!

Don't even consider using this post office or shop. The owner is an absolute disgrace. Very rude, always shouting or ignoring customers. The whole place us disorganised. Try asking a question which he won't answer or replies in a way to embarress you in front of other customers. Better off finding another shop/post office.

Hours are wrong and owner was rude when asking why it was closed. Not recommended at all.

This was an awful experience. Very, very rude man - no manners at all. There was refrigerated food on the floor and not in the fridge - the whole shop looked like it needed a good deep clean. Needless to say left the shop without purchasing anything.

The owners are beyond rude. No manners whatsoever. The man threw my painkillers across the counter at me whilst his hideous wife smiled. Honestly there?s something off about these two and the post office is always a mess.

The man who runs this shop is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful, he was really rude to me has no customer service skills whatsoever! Also tried to intimidate me in front of my children and used very abusive language! Avoid this shop at all costs!

Customer service is poor. The man is very rude. He held back my receipt for my bank deposit because i thought i wasn't gonna say thankyou. Who does that??? I always say thankyou once I received my receipt.
