Terrible service. Refuse to carry out any Post Office services after 5pm because they want to close early. Recommend going to another PO to avoid time wasting.

The previous owners were fantastic and they had the post office across the road. The new people are a bit dim to put it in a nice way. I asked the young Asian lady for a class licence amendment, something l know they could do. She was adamant that it wasn't possible. I had to go to another post office in Smethwick who did it in seconds. It's not a crime not to know but it is when they make things up as they go along. I wouldn't trust them with diddly squat. "Close the shop maan" as Tony Mantana said in Scarface.

Nice place, man and lady at the till near door are polite been going to this post office for over 30 yrs originally across the road.People expect them to be treated like Royals its a post office on Soho rd in Handsworth not Buckingham palace.

Very friendly staff. So humble and polite and extra friendly. I applied for my Sia license and the executive was facing issues from the Sia website and application but after trying again and again finally they got it done.

Online it states that the post office is open till 3pm on a Saturday however, this is incorrect. The post office closes before 3pm so do not trust the online timings, I went today at 14:20 and the post office was already closed so do not rely on the online timings.

Totally New Staff, Young but unexperienced, not Customer Friendly, Dealing with rude behaviour, specially First Counter Services, not Like earlier Staff who are experienced, Customer Friendy and always deal with positive behaviour.

I went to post office. Guy standing on open till near the door no respect to customer. Very dirty place. Customer doing smoking and staff don't bothered. Very dirty place. Customer service is very poor. Very unprofessional staff

Avoid at all costs, the man in the front is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers and when you call they are so unprofessional, terrible
