Great shop, post master really helpful went the extra mile for me, will definitely be using this post office again. Also good convenience store has everything you need.

I posted my item on 06 July 22 to France unfortunately it's been shipped back to UK but the company post office uses to deliver the item to me delivered to the wrong address. I went to complain about lost of my parcel the Asian guy chased me out he shouted nothing I can do gogo you said you work to TESCO than go to tesco, I said to him why shouting to me this is rude, he replied yes I'm rude to you nothing you can do.I called the police but they did not come instead they said just go home write complain about Asian guy head office

Worst post office i have ever seen. The staff is?. I send some letters to India and he pasted the wrong stamp on it and it came back to my from address. This happened on today.

After moving locally and initially having ok service, i have recently had a bad experience with staff who refused to serve me for proof of postage. I offered to wait if they needed to do something first but they point blank refused saying just go somewhere else or post it in the post box. I was left feeling frustrated as I had waited in a long queue and never usually had issue with this perfectly normal request. Proof of postage is very important for businesses incase items go missing it is your proof you need to show royal mail it was sent. I am not impressed. I will be trying to avoid from here on out.
