Appalling service received. Low quality ink and they expect full payment. When challenged, the lady was raising her voice and threatened to rip my paper (GDPR matter as personal details on there). I challenged her further as to why she is raising her voice, to which she bellowed, ?I won?t change the ink?. Upon printing, notification received on my phone that ink was low. Went to Witton Post Office and there you will get a good service alongside good quality printing in B&W!

They have 2 queues for sending parcels got attacked by a customer for getting served before her even though I waited in an different queue the member of staff took her side behind the counter. Next time I will actually inform police if I am attacked again :) I am within my rights to do this unless you make it clearer to customers that these are different queues. I shouldn't have to do your job for you. Next time be careful and sort it out inside of siding with the karens of this world.

I love this post office, the staff here are so amazing and friendly, they?re always so busy but they provide you with the upmost care and respect. Whenever I need any help with sending parcels Kawal always tells me about the best ways to send them and when I needed to do a money gram transfer she was so patience and made sure everything was done to perfection. The ladies at the front shop are also always willing to help and will greet you with a smile no matter what. This is the only post office I will ever be going too

Post office got this lady, attitude queen. She is busy talking on phone and instead of serving me. Another time they opened my letter to get postal order out because they made a mistake, no need for taking permission! even though it?s illegal to do so.When i asked why they opened my letter without asking me, the attitude queen was ?What?s wrong with that? ?You?re just looking for trouble?Old lady and the lady in retail counter is very nice.But that attitude queen( Sits next to the old lady for postal service) she has got no manners.She treats customers like she is the boss. Sometimes use the magic word ?Please? and ?Thank you?, it doesn?t make you less.

10/10 ServiceAlways so polite. Very fast to serve in busy periods but also ensuring quality service at the same time. Would strongly recommend. Very insightful if you need information about anything. Never had any problems. All the staff are polite, respectful and very well mannered. Keep up the good work
