Today I went to this post office I have very bad attitude and disrespect. The lady overweight she was working for and middle of the work she call lady behind me and served she said to stand there someone will come to you I was confused waited a while and not body call to me, it?s excuse she left her lunch and left my work the middle. I went Asian guy which can speak probably he told me different price the price she told me I was disappointed! I asked give me her name and complain department and he was I don?t know. Disgusting service!!

I don't like this post office but today needs must. It's outdated and has long queues and some of the customers waste too much time. Simple transactions become long-winded. Staff look miserable ikea they don't want to be there. A few years they lost my parcel which caused me lots of grief ? ??. If you are in the area by all means pop in but there are better post offices.

Terrible experience in this branch, no respect for the costumer, no business manners nor humanitarian dealing !The Asian lady is rude , arrogant and disrespectful, she doesn?t look ate the costumer she talk to or trying to solve any issue , just an low treatment in every aspects. I can?t believe such a Workrer are part of Royal Mai! Really I am disappointed ??

This post office does not deserve a single star!I visited this post office 2 months ago and was verbally abused and insulted by the Asian woman who works behind the counter.I had waited in the queue for my turn to be served. A couple who were before me in the queue went to the male cashier and I unfortunately went to the Asian lady whose kiosk was free. Upon seeing me, she got up and walked away.I waited until she came back. She refused to serve me stating very rudely that she had not called me and that she was going to serve the couple who had gone to the male cashier!I asked her what her problem was and she continued to ignore me and beckon the couple to her kiosk.I asked for the manager and she smirked and said 'I am the manager'.I was absolutely flabbergasted at this woman's behaviour. The couple were saying to her that I was before them and she should serve me, but she refused point blank. I threatened to report her to the Head Post office at which she jeered and mocked me saying ' Go on then go on then, I don't care, do what you want'She refused to give me her name and so did her other work colleagues.I left the post office extremely upset.But what was most shocking was when I read their reviews on Google and was amazed that so many customers has been mistreated by this same Asian woman. Some of the reviews stretched back over a number of years! Absolutely unacceptable ?I complained about this woman to the Head post office who upheld my complaint and have assured me they will take appropriate action.My advice to anyone who has been mistreated by this woman is to not let it go and report it to head office.

Usually quite busy, medium size post office. Good, polite helpful staff. Post office cash point outside. Used it many times as it's the closest to where I live. Forgot my wallet once and had no cash for packaging and they let me pay next time, so I didn't have to walk back home. Nice gesture and not very often happening these days. All together always very positive experience. Would recommend.
