I go to them to return a baby stroller it was Large package. After scanning the label the guy said we can't do that much big parcel but if you wanna do it charge you £17 pound to send it. I took the parcel to bordesley green royal mail centre and they do it for free on same postal label. Proper lutt mar guys be safe.

Young lad named idris , always very helpful and polite and I always leave with a smile on my face when served by him. Never had an issue here a lot better and quicker service than college road branch.

I post twice my parcel from here and both of them lost and didn't move from here. The guy he is stolen my parcel, I claimed Royal mail but nothing happened without insurance. His attitude also very bad and not helpful.\\nThe College Road one post office is good service.

Staff is rude they don?t know how to speak with customers. I went there for sending a parcel and while dealing with me he started yelling at me.I wont go again.
