I patronized this post office with the expectation of expediently dispatching several parcels, only to be met with the disappointing news that the machinery was non-functional. Undeterred, I returned the subsequent day with the simple request for 1st class stamps, yet, to my bafflement, found them to be absent from their inventory. One is left perplexed at the notion of a post office devoid of such fundamental supplies.This establishment's competence is patently questionable, and it is my firm belief that a reevaluation of the current management is imperative to avert the continuation of these grievous inadequacies. The situation, as it stands, is utterly unacceptable and undeniably warrants immediate rectification.

This place needs closing down or staff require retraining! staff are severely slow and there?s usually one person serving, despite having three counters so there is always a long wait. Additionally they are a registered parcel shop and when attempted to collect my parcel was told they couldn?t find it and I would need to report this to DPD, despite them scanning my collection barcode and it confirming it has been delivered to them. After a lengthy wait of two old ladies hunting through the mess in the back, behold my parcel was found. I would avoid using this place at all costs, terrible service, unorganised, and filthy.

These lot could lose an elephant if you gave them half a chance! They couldn't send an envelope with record delivery (signed for) without losing it.My advise - go to a white area post office instead.

Not open until the closing hours... Attempted to enter the post office at 6:30pm and the door was locked, whilst they have an advertised closing time of 8:30pm.

I have used this Post Office for years and the 2 key staff members here are great and friendly in their manner. They also demonstrate good product knowledge of the services offered. Though it is a bit messy in the Post Office area, it is functional.

Lady at the post office was very very rude! No manners or patience what so ever, never going back there lol!
