First time the food was brought on the tray-wrong order and only one sandwich as per what I ordered, but cold. Asked to be heat it, and correct the rest of the order to what I actually paid for, barely any difference and brought the wrong sandwich again. Conclusion: Birmingham Popeyes do not recommend

The ordering experience wasn't very good as the kiosks screen sensitivity was so low I just ordered on my phone. I tried to get the student discount offer multiple times on the website and the app, the website, the part where you enter the promo code didn't show up and in the app it kept giving me errors when I entered... read full comment
