Manager was so accommodating for us in regards to us having a buffet menu. Pizza was cooked fresh and more offered even though we felt stuffed. Staff were attentive and helpful

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut Star City, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant's atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, and the service was exceptional.
The buffet was a highlight of my experience. The variety of pizzas on offer was impressive, from classic favourites to more adventurous creations. The quality of the pizza was excellent, with a perfectly cooked crust and delicious toppings. I was particularly impressed by the chef who was constantly making fresh pizzas to replenish the buffet.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always on hand to ensure that we had everything we needed, and they were happy to accommodate our requests.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut Star City. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great pizza experience.

Had the pleasure of going to star city Pizza Hut, I have always had a pleasant experience every time we have attended. Today we were catered to by a pleasant gentleman called Dean, Dean went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and if something wasn?t readily available he made sure he got it for us. Thank you for such a pleasant positive experience

First ever experience of takeaway at Pizza Hut as normally sit -in. Never been to this restaurant before and have got to say the staff were extremely helpful and food was good. Had one of the meal deals which was recommended which was good value for money.
Parking: Within a large retail park.

AWFUL! They did not let my son who has asd and a particular diet eat food brought from home. The manager man had so much attitude and disgusting behaviour. I asked the staff before ordering £60 worth of food and they were accepting like all the million other restaurants we have been too. The manager man in particular was rude, offensive and not considerate.

The whole service was good. Wasn't asked to rush to order. Food we had was great. No rush to get us our at the end of the meal. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

Great for children, as the buffet is perfect for them to pick and choose what they like. It's £9.99 per child and includes bottomless drinks and ice cream. I had one happy daughter!
A good selection of pizzas and the staff were great. There were two guys working when I went, a young lad and a guy who was maybe in his thirties. Their customer service skills were brilliant and they were always busying themselves doing something. A real credit to your company.
The atmosphere was good and the decor really appealing. I'd definitely go again.

We had a fab experience for our little girl's birthday. Food was lovely, atmosphere was great and the shining star of the evening was Ben who was the manager (I think) and served us.
He was lovely, helped us with the ordering process and to get the best deal.
Everything was well timed and any issues were dealt with straight away.
I didn't like the new bbq sauce so he got some different sauce from the kitchen, they were topping up the ice cream factory but my daughter was confused where everything had gone (she's 4) so Ben brought it over and served her nicely asking us to say when to stop for each topping and the drink machine ran out of flavour when my husband used it but they immediately topped it up and offered to get his drink for him.
My daughter also received a brownie with a birthday candle on for free as a surprise. It was just brilliant ?
