Very good restaurant in Birmingham city centre and good value for money. The staff including Kate are so lovely and friendly.
If you haven?t tried the lunch buffet you should go.

Their staff is unwelcoming, with poor customer service that leaves much to be desired. The lack of wheelchair and pram accessibility is disappointing, and the staff's attitude comes across as unhelpful and dismissive.
It is definitely not kid-friendly, as the staff kept giving us disapproving looks while we were settling in with our toddlers. Given this unpleasant experience, I would never recommend it to my friends or family.

Fantastic service, kate has fabulous customer service, amazing with my children and was helpful with everything and the other woman working beginning with S she was fab.
Lovely food would go again.

The worst experience ever as myself with my family were disappointed.
The chairs we sat down were dirty with dry oil and tomato sauce. I asked the waiter for a cleaning stuff to clean the chairs but she only brought out handkerchief.
We?ve ordered pizzas, drinks and deserts.
The pizzas were good but we waited 30 mins to get glasses for our drinks.
The waiter came to our table by asking if we were waiting for the glasses. I told her oh yes we been waiting for too long. Finally she brought the glasses.
They took ages for our deserts.
So disappointed.

Kate was exceptional, couldn't do more to make our visit special. Was lovely with our 4 year old and even asked the chef to make another of our favourite pizza for the buffet ?
Dietary restrictions: Allergy guide and plenty of options for our milk free child.
Kid-friendliness: Brilliant kids menu, kids love helping themselves to drinks and salad bar

We had a great time for my birthday meal out. Food was lovely, Toby A was attentive and helpful he sorted out our order so we got a deal and saved me some money, great!!

We visited Pizza Hut new street. Georgia and Kate were amazing, very accommodating and patient with us. We visited with 11 neurodiverse children, who wanted the Pizza Hut buffet. We received exceptional service by Kate and Georgia. Thank you so much!

Down from Manchester with my daughter who has Autism and struggles when eating out she loves pizza but only out of a box I explained this to the manager who was excellent sat us in a quiet corner and brought the pizza out in a box my daughter was really happy as was I
