I found my experience at pizza express very unwelcoming, we weren?t greeted at the door. we arrived at 10:10 and when eventually Raff one of the staff members came over he was very unpolite he took us over to the table and threw the menus down he then proceeded to come over continuously to see what we wanted when we had said we were waiting on someone. we wanted to order dessert but he said we couldn?t have it and asked us to leave. It wasn?t a good experience whatsoever.

Poor service. Waited 25 mins for just two desserts. After that long wait, the fudge cake came out BURNT. The waiter didn?t even offer to replace it when I made a comment on it or even offer to escalate it to the manager for a resolution. I also asked for double cream with my cake I was given aerosol whipped cream, my idea of double cream is pouring cream. Rubbish service. I wouldn?t come here again. wish I stayed at Rudys for dessert, the fudge cake and ultimate fudge cake are over rated! A massive thumbs down .

Chloe at Pizza Express Harborne was the most fabulously attentive, efficient and welcoming waitress we?ve encountered in a long time. She made our Christmas Eve visit with family, relaxing, smooth and enjoyable. Thank-you Chloe.

The waitress Zarina was lovely, she took care of us, she was Beth helpful, very attentive. And made the experience great. The food was lovely. Definitely recommend.

My son had his 6th birthday party here yesterday- and what a success it was from start to finish. Kate who was our host was absolutely wonderful with the children and so helpful. The pizzas turned out brilliant and everyone commented on what a great idea/ party it was. Thank you- especially Kate!

I booked our staff Christmas meal and was really impressed by Emma and the whole team at Pizza Express. From the booking, to the food and the service, it was faultless and really wonderful. Would recommend to all those with bigger parties! Thank you so much and Happy Christmas to you all.
