Went here for lunch Friday, they currently have a £1 pizza deal which was great for us looking for a bite to eat on a budget!
The classic pizzas have definitely gotten smaller but the taste was still there.
Between 3 of us and 1 toddler we had 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and fries which satisfied us for lunch.
But the reason I'm leaving this review is for the lovely waitress that served us, she was great and explained the deal and how the app worked. Even gave my daughter an ice lolly (which she loved) she's doing an amazing job and her customer service was excellent ??
Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name but she was petite, with brown hair and eyes and a welcoming smile ?

Dee served us at the Birmingham Bullring branch and really made our night. She was attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We dined with a coeliac at the table and she was extremely averse with the menu and all of the dietary requirements for our friend. She helped us and literally was the reason we would love to come back :)
Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options on the menu! Just some more desserts please!
Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately the lift was not in use which hindered a diner in our party due to mobility issues but was dealt with apologetically by staff.

Waitress Dee was exceptional, she was pleasant, attentive, explained everything thoroughly as we were vegan, cannot praise her skills and customer communication skills enough, we were treated to a very high level of service being in the customer service ourselves.

Booked a Too Good to Go bag worth 4.99 GBP and when I got there to get the bag...there was no food left and they just handed me carrot cake pieces in a box.

The food was tasteless and on top of that it's too expensive so basically you will be paying for their rent rather than the food itself.

We met here for a family Birthday meal. We had travelled far to meet family in the middle of the country, both parties travelling from either end of the country. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious, we were served quick & we had the pleasure of being served by Andrea ? she was attentive, especially to our 3 children, she was friendly & didn't make us feel uncomfortable with the numerous requests we had. She is an asset to the restaurant. Great location, clean & family friendly.
Vegetarian options: Cannelloni, beautiful.
