Me and the misses come here occasionally to get a few bits and bobs for our aquariums and always feel welcome thanks to the great staff working there that are always happy to help, however, I'd like to give a special thanks to two of them in particular, Jayne and kylie, love it when you get down to earth staff that are easy to speak with like these two, makes going there worth while, thanks again.

Great staff shop has everything I need at great prices

I always go with my puppy and the staff are always giving love. Specifically today though, Christmas Eve, my puppy was struggling with feeling overstimulated due to loads of people, loud noises and intense smells (she loves treats). Once we was greeted by staff member Gracie, she was able to keep Luna, my puppy, in a calm state. Gifting her with treats and patience. She took her time and didn?t rush us in order to find what we wanted. Love!?
