Staff members are really helpful and happy to answer queries, members of staff at the till are cheerful and also very quick and efficient. When stock isn't available members of staff are always knowledgeable on delivery dates with expected stock or offer to check stock at other local branches. Store is clean and tidy and plenty of accessibility

Not much storage, most of the shelves are empty. Hamster corner has no hamster, and cleaning session has no wipes for pets.I could buy more pets supplies from any supermarket than this pets supplies shop.
