Their services are very bad. I write to them for two days in a row and they do not respond. When you try to pay via the Internet, nothing is known. When you ask to pay via phone, they evade and are not friendly. The strange thing is that you receive a package for which all fees have been paid in France, and then you receive a new invoice for payment in Birmingham. They must find a solution to these transactions because they They will lose many of their customers in the future

Waste of time this company are. Told issue with address and left card but nobody had been all day. Emailed customer services and not even a reply. From what I've read there's no point ringing the phone number.

This place is full of MORONS! Why would Royal Mail acquire a company that couldn't be entrusted to run a corner shop that handed out EVERYTHING FREE OF CHARGE, let alone a parcel delivery service ?. Talk about thick as two shorts planks. Well, that would be a compliment! They should recruit their staff from a Zoo. Now that is what l call MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT advise for a zero fee!

Shocking. Why can't Google allow zero stars. 1st delivery not at home so booked a different address delivery and they took it back to original address. Customer service is shocking. No idea when I will be getting parcel now. Never use parcelforce. Other companies just leave in safe place. Rubbish company

I am very disappointed with the service I received. On Wednesday, I was notified that my parcel would be delivered the next day. Knowing I wouldn't be home, I rescheduled the delivery for Friday, which was confirmed via email. To my surprise, an attempt was made to deliver my parcel on Thursday, despite my rescheduling. As I wasn't home, the parcel was taken to a local post office, a long walk away.Now, I am faced with the inconvenience of having to reschedule the delivery again and wait until the next Friday. This is particularly frustrating as I needed my parcel this Friday. It's absolutely ridiculous that the delivery service does not honour the rescheduled delivery and seems to deliver whenever they please.This experience has left a sour taste and I would not recommend this service to anyone who values their time and expects reliability.

So I was waiting for the package I see the driver Hassan park across my street went and had a chat to someone and after departing and in the actual app said he left a card in my letter box and will need redelivery .I call the office and after I told them I got pictures and videos of your driver not even delivering the card through mailbox they started being rude and tell me that I should use other company .Do yourself a great good use another company

Don't bother go somewhere else....booked on line for collection which got failed twice. Central customer services unable to help in anyway and not possible to be connected with collection depot

Awful experience with Parcelforce! Company paidfor express delivery. I tracked the driver Steven all day and when he was approximately five minutes away from my address, I had an update to say he had attempted delivery! No attempted delivery had been made. I had waited in all day, we also have cameras on our property to prove he didn?t even come to our property/address. Extremely disappointed and worried as the item we were waiting on was for a funeral that was happening 48hours later. We re booked the delivery for the next day. Once again tracked the driver and followed the live tracking. We even attempted to find the driver but the live tracking is not accurate. We called Parcelforce they were not concerned or very helpful but after lots of persuasion they did offer to message the driver. The driver thankfully did arrive the following day but when questioned why he did not deliver the previous day he just said I do not know what the problem is I?m on time today and completely dismissed the fact he was scheduled for the day before! Awful service and terrible customer service!

Very poor customer communication and service all around. My package was meant to arrive on the 20th but for some weird reason they said they couldn't find my address. I selected to drop off at a post office but they didn't. After not delivering the package I was left in the dark on next steps and had to travel to their Birmingham depot myself to pick it up. On getting there I was informed that I would need proof of address (why wasn't I informed prior?!) Had to travel another distance to get that printed and finally got my package. Funny enough the next day I got a letter from them at my house so I guess they could find my address they were just lazy or confused or both. Never recommend this company to anyone you like.
