I ordered a duvet set from these guys as advertised as a 300 thread count. Recieved the goods but strangly the labels were all missing so couldn't confirm the Thread count so just assumed it was 300. bought another set 2 days later which actually had labels...which said standard 100...so to me this is confirmation they are falsely advertising. I queried this but was offered a 30% discount. I told them I'll keep the one I used expecting the 30% off and return the unused one as its more convenient for them. They refunded me the one I returned but tried saying I used it. Emailed them about the 30% off the other one and they've simply stopped replying. They scamming people by falsely advertising their products.

Returned item over 10 days ago and I still have not had a refund. I have emailed but I have been given the runaround

Do no order from this company, I ordered 2 rugs, I was told the wrong delivery day. Then my order was left outside my front door when I was at work, I live in city center and my front door is on a public path way its not private at all, my parcel was just left ther and was stolen, I rang this company 4 times and was cut off on the phone. I emailed the company and was ignored endless times. Finally one person's said the company will refund me but then changed ther mind the next day and emailed me to let me no the situation was out of ther hands, Im disappointed and disgusted that iv paid for the items and I will never get them. I contacted yodel the delivery company who said refunds can only be given out if Oxford homeware push ther complaint seen as they were the ones who chose the courier but they will not because they already have ther money and it no longer effects them. Its so wrong,

I wouldn?t recommend to purchase anything from them. Terrible customer service and false information provided on Tracking using Yodel. I followed up with both Yodel and Oxford from Monday to Thursday until the delivery date passed. Called on Friday and was told by Yodel that there?s no parcel as such for the tracking provided and when spoke to Oxford a refund was offered. It was a waste of time and never expect anything to arrive on time as what Oxford promise as for me they promised delivery within 48-72hours but nothing arrived!!!

item purchased colour not as described -orange not ochre and not what i would class as shagpile rug.contacted by email several times and no response.would not let me log in saying password incorrect even though it was and would not let me select an option to return my item.i would not buy from this company again

Same issue as other reviews say. Rug was a disgusting orange colour and not ochre and really horrible material. No communication from customer services.

AVOID AVOID AVOID This company is a scam page. I didn?t realise until recently where I ordered said that item has been sent gave a yodel tracking number and never actually received parcel despite being housebound so someone is always in the house. Left negative feedback on Facebook page and messaged only to get phone calls threatening us telling us to change negative feedback or I won?t get refund.

Complete and utter joke avoid at all cost spend a little bit more and go to a bedding shop no of my Beeding is the rights size as the brand new quilt I brought check to make sure sizes was OK aswell
