This organisation is not fit for purpose.They send incorrect paperwork, don't answer the phone, fail to carry out actions they've committed to.

Hi. Tried to contact them took 2hours being cut off twice. Eventually got through and was told they would send out paperwork that was missing and give me more time. Paperwork never arrived.
