Poor sound quality, sounds of furniture being moved around upstairs and staff started cleaning around us while the film was still playing. Would not return.

For a budget cinema, it's pretty fantastic.For reference, I've actually been to both an expensive cinema( Luxe Birmingham Broadway Plaza) and now a budget one.For budget experience, I was rather impressed. Obviously, it's cheaper, only £5 per ticket rather than the £12 I paid at Broadway. Both have nice seating with plentiful restaurants for snacks. The seats aren't as comfortable but the screen size is the same.In summary, if you only care about the movie and nothing else like I did with Dune Part Two then this is a great choice.

An ok cinema with a good price for watching movies. What needs improvement:1) the popcorn is not salty and seems to come from bags and is not freshly made. It's not worth buying at all.2) The ads before the movies run for almost 30 minutes! This is not normal.

FROMAL COMPLANT AGASINT NEW STREET WENT TOO WATCH BOB MARLEY AND DUTY MANAGER AT BIRMINGHAM NEW STREET TOO WATCH ABOVE AT 20.40 PM IN SHOW ROOM PAID £8.50 FOR BETTER SEATS DUE TOO MY BACK PROBLEMS. AFTER GOING TOO GET SOME FOOD WENT TO GET A LARGE DRINK COKE ZERO AND SOMEOE SWEET , FELT THE SERVICE POOR AND THEN WAS TOLD NO COKE ZERO SO ASKED FOR DIET COKE BUT DIDNT CHANGED RECIPET. THEN WENT IN TO SHOW ROOM 4 TOO WATCH FILM AND MY SEAT ROOM G SEAT 10 WHICH I COULDNT FIND AT ALL AND THEN ASKING PEOPLE TOO GOT NO WHERE NO STAFF AROUND ALSO. WENT AND SAT DOWN IN A SEAT. THE SEAT I SAT IN SO UNCOMFABLE AND WAS HURTTING MY BACK. I LEFT THE FILM EALRY AND WENT OUT TOO SPEAK WITH STAFF TO TRY GET REFUND OVER THE EXTRA £2.00 FOR PRICES OF SEATS. I A DUTY MANAGER CAME DOWN CALLED JUILA . SHE REFUSED TOO GIVE ME THE £2.00 SAYING U SPEND MORE HALF WAY IN THE SHOW. SHE ALSO RELFUSED TOO GIVE ME OVER ALL MANAGER INFORMATION. I ALSO EXPLAINED ABOUT THE DRINKS AND BOT CORRECLY RECIPET FOR DIET COKE THAN COKE ZERO. SHE DID OFFER TOO GIVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORAMTION. FOUND HER SUPPORT SHOCKING. I ALSO EXPLAINED I HAVE HURT MY BACK NOT ONCE DID SHE ASK IF I AM OK OR ASK DO I NEED ANY SUPPORT ETC. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THE ODEN NEW STREET AGIAIN ITS THE FIRST TIME GONG TOO THE ODEN NEW STREET AND NOW HAVE HAD TOO TAKE PAIN KILLERS AND MY NIGHT TURNED BAD WHEN I WAS HAVING A GOOD TIME. REALLY POOR AND THE DUTY MANAGR SHOULNDT BE ONE IF THIS HOW SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS.

The cinema is old, seats are uncomfortable and smelly, the screen is small? the only good thing about that is £5 for a movie but nothing more, they also got a Costco downstairs with airport prices

Madame Web left much to be desired with a convoluted plot and lackluster storytelling. The film struggled to engage audiences, and its character development felt rushed and incomplete. However, the cinema facilities were a redeeming factor. The venue offered excellent sound quality and visuals, providing a comfortable and immersive environment despite the film's shortcomings.Five stars for Odeon. One for the movie!

The queuing system is not clear for ordering food and where you go to show your online purchases or tickets. It's very congestive. After paying for drinks or food, the staff are very slow in getting orders ready, and more organisations are needed.The ladies' toilets compartment is very compact and difficult to enter if you're a larger person.Once at your cinema screening room it was very nice to be shown to my seat. All in all, the staff from entering the cinema and right up to the screening room were very pleasant and friendly.Leaving the cinema was chaotic as it was difficult to manoeuvring between people coming in. A clear system is needed so people are not pushing past each other
