I had my DHL parcel delivered to this location. HORRIBLE experience. I went the day I got the email to pick up the parcel. I showed the email to the man at the counter and he briefly looked and said we did not get it. I called DHL they said its 100% there and so next day I went again and the same man at counter (he told me his name is Honey) said we dont have it and was so rude and dismissive. Mind you this package was of £350 value and when i explained he didnt care. I went behind counter and insisted on checking the boxes that labels were not showing and then the parcel was there!! Instead of owning up to his actions of not checking properly he says ?someone put it in wrong spot? or ?who knows it might have come today? extremely disrespectful and disappointed and I regret purchasing from the store as well.

Paid with a £1 coin (7/3/23 ~ 12:15), wasn?t accepted by the machine. Guy on the till couldn?t use his common sense, said it?s an ?old coin?. Only new coins are silver and gold and dated 2018, not the old ones ????. Gave him another exactly the same, after the entire debacle, which he accepted after repeating old coin x10, delaying everyone in the queue. Need to put someone on the till who can read ?

On the 7 August they had closed and gone home 3 minutes early. For the sake of 3 minutes, what's the point? I needed to drop off a parcel and had taken the time to go there. Why publish opening hours if you're just going to go home when you feel like it?

Local to my house and always quiet and easy to get around staff always so friendly and helpful with products and everything is so neatly placed and noticeable i.e labelling and always stocked up. Products are all ways fresh and long dated. You can pay by cash or card they have shileds at checkout for covid procedures and always staff wearing masks and customers, and the entrance is a sliding door so good for wheelchair access to.
