Popped in to grab a some things before I got my coach. I know I looked scruffy, but I?m travelling so I?m in my joggers.
Got treated like a shoplifter immediately, in spite of trying to be polite to the staff member.
She literally grabbed my item off the shelf and pushed me to the front of the queue looking at me like I was an annoyance.
I get it- shoplifters suck. I?ve worked in retail. But you don?t deal with them like that- you don?t deal with customers by treating them badly.

Total rip off, paid 18.15 for items then asked for the refund because i new this guy charged me more than what i bought. I only went out and came back for a refund and this new guy on the counter paid back was 3 pounds less. Like about 15.15. Proof is in my bank account and receipt. Old staff was way friendly and fair. These 2 new guys working are manipulating at 00.02 on 12/08/2023 are ripping off. You can check both inside cctv and outside cctv if i took more items and gave back less items inside the store. As a regular costumer, happened first time on this very store. Very disappointed. Hope refund gets back to my card, fingers crossed but got ripped off tonight. Beaware whoever shops here.Management should look into it. 3 pounds is nothing to argue about but it should be fair.

Indian guy put me off keep saying hello every few minutes also keep your change payment even few for pences good section of sandwich and drinks tall European guy very helpful and respectful toward customers sorry give one star management need look in to his behaviour

They tried to charge a £1 on our credit card we only wanted a small milk which was 95p we said your not allowed to do that no more so we paid cash never again warning to everyone who uses the store won't be using again
