Went to this store today Saturday 26th July 2025. What a disgrace. I arrived at 08:30 waiting for the store to open at 9am. Quite quickly around 20 males had arrived. They all seem to know each other and were fist bumping each other. At 08:50 these males surrounded the door waiting fo the shop to open at 9am. Once the shop was open these males ran into the store and emptied a lot of the shelves of trainers. They removed the trainers and put them in a corner of the shop and another person were guarding these trainers. What these people do is empty the shelves and then go through what trainers they want. It seems some of the staff are in on this. The staff were going into the back and bringing lots of trainers to these people. I have never seen anything like it. I asked one member of staff why this was happening and they told me these people are resellers and are allowed to do this. I told them I thought this was unfair to be told, you can do the same. These reseller are allowed to buy 30 trainers each so if there is a group of 3 they are allowed to buy 90 pairs of trainers. This should not be allowed to happen. Will never go to this store again. Nike should investigate what is happening as these resellers just buy all the best trainers and the most popular sizes to then go an resell them for a profit. The staff should also be investigated for helping these resellers do what they do.

I have been trying to call the store 3 days.Non stop and no one is answering the phone.
I have left my wallet in the store, i live 4 hours away i need to confirm its location.
The Store has now called, so will increase from 1 star to 3, only because of 24 hrs of pure stress.
I do appreciate the call from the Gentleman confirm my wallet is in the safe.
