Safiyah at the store is so rude and arrogant she has such an attitude problem. She snatched the money out of my hand and when we complained she was talking back to her Store Manager Jake who was so lovely. She should be sacked.

It is good store but very chaotic. There were not many staff and the store was busy. Also there were not many to choose from as well. The sizes and models were very limited. In general was quite disappointing that they didn't have a lots to offer even though they were having sales.
I thought Factory outlet would have more choices than the Clearance store. I guess they are about the same in this case.

Poor selection of childrens trainers, staff that have no idea how to measure feet. An absolute waste of time. This store lets nike down.

I have shopped in Nike stores in the States,UK and Europe and this is by far the worst I have shopped in.Wouldn't honour a price that they had displayed and the 'Manager' was an absolute waste of time so left all goods and walked out.
I have spent a lot of money in Nike over the last year alone but thanks to incompetent staff I will take my business elsewhere.

Very limited selection of running clothes, prices just slightly lower than other shops and no AC. Overall I wouldn?t recommend it unless you are already visiting the shopping center

On March 11, 2025, I experienced perhaps the most bizarre situation I could encounter while shopping in England. A store employee was aggressively confronting a customer, shouting ?I?m the boss here!? while pushing them in the chest, before having them thrown out by security.
It seems that this store has been completely forgotten by Nike?s management?perhaps the employees have established their own little empire here. Otherwise, no one would dare treat a customer with such disrespect.
