Such a bad experience, the escalators to the ground floor were not working. Took the lift which then took us to the top floor even after pressing the correct floor. Went back to the ladies dept were i told my father this is not acceptable to which a black employee with a head scarf shouted at me and said we didn?t send you to the wrong place infront of all the other customers for no reason. This is atrocious behaviour and i will never be stepping foot in your store again,,, be warned

So I ask a women if she can check if she has a size shoe in the back. She refuses and says I can ask someone at the check out..even though it was one guy by himself serving 4 people.. she walks off out the back.I go to the till to purchase some trousers. After queuing a while as the poor guy is now serving 5 people at once. He rings a bell for help. 10 mins later ..same women turns up. Rude af.. I didn't ask about the shoes I brought the trousers and ran.She was so rude! Her whole vibe was just off. Indian lady Think her name was Ruby.

Not really been that keen on this shop for some time now but recently I popped in solihull branch fantastic service have to say dragged my chap in for holiday stuff had field day at the bullring branch fantastic holiday summer clothes n wonderful staff big high five for kay by the time I left felt like we was old pals will be bac again ? ?

Mostly shop online and now I remember why, ventured out to deal with exchange of gifted items. Lady at the till processed a return instead and without advising that the items were refunded at half price so we lost roughly £60, we wanted to reverse it but to be advised that this is not possible as it's gone back on line. If it cannot be reversed then you need to be clear of the process with customers!!! Very careless customer service. Now out of pocket and very frustrated..

Next at bullring, some staff really need training for how to deal with customers.I went to this store on 11/4/23 for pick up my online order and same time I was thinking to buy some perfume and can't find out what i want.Asked to till and one young man flatly told me all the perfume are there so why you asking me?Asked other person but unfortunately no luck.It's this next?

I went to Next on a busy Saturday afternoon. The layout is great, easy to find what you're looking for from a distance. The staff were friendly.The only disappointment was the fitting rooms on the ground floor. The queue was very long, due to the majority of rooms being filled with mess. There was one fitting room piled with what I could only describe as plastic coverings for light fixtures. Many had to settle for fitting rooms filled with random items to escape the queue.

We were locked in the shop after they closed!!! It was Saturday at 7:30pm (shop closes at 8pm) and we were waiting in the queue to pay for our items. The store clerk told was serving other customers and told us to go pay upstairs because they were having issues with the till. We went upstairs and no one was around to serve us and all the tills were closed. We waited and searched for a member of staff but no one came. We went back downstairs and again everyone was gone. All of a sudden the shop was closed and light switched off. No one bothered to survey the shop floors to make sure all customers have left the store. Absolutely poor management. We shouted for help and even used the telephone behind the store tills to call someone but no one came. Eventually after half an hour a store supervisor came out of nowhere. She was east Asian with short brown hair and slightly big build. Straight away she took no responsibility for what happened and blamed us for staying in the shop after it closed ?. She was very rude and patronising as if we were dumb and just decided to stay put in the store. She didn't acknowledge the her own failure as store supervisor. She escorted us out rudely. No apology, nothing. I doubt I will ever come back to this store. Very incompetent management.

Good luck trying to purchase anything on the top floor. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the till and ended up.sitting on a comfy sofa because I thought I'd be there for a while

Need more people on the tills. Wanted to buy a certain type of jean yet they were all mixed up in sizes & styles so was a complete nightmare. Whilst it's a decent size store it wasn't the best Next store I've been to.

In Burlington Next(lady).Price on tag is one price go to pay another price(not sale item). Unhelpful and miscible sfaff face at the till.
