This review is for felicity.Felicity helped me from start to finish choosing the right mount and stone and metal keeping me within a budget that was affordable. I walked in knowing nothing about engagement rings and she helped with every question. I had a vision of what i wanted and she was able to make that vision come true thank you so much i highly recommend Neweys jewellers.

Purchased a diamond and yellow sapphire ring from Neweys , the staff were extremely helpful and customer service is brilliant. Jane was very patient in helping me choose my centre stone as I wasn?t sure which stone I wanted. She showed me a wide variety of coloured precious stones and I?m very happy with the ring they made for me. Thank you for making the experience so stress free.

I can't thank Newey's enough they not only made and delivered my rose gold wedding ring within 10 days they also made and delivered a rose gold diamond band within 5 days. Workmanship is outstanding just like the customer service. Staff lovely and friendly can't do enough for you. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed. Over the moon with my wedding jewellery too that was also purchased from Newey's Jewellery.

I no longer lived in Bham but this is the only store I will purchase my gold jewellery from the quality and pricing has always been very good, I still have items from 30 years ago, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful and do not pressure you to buy you are able to browse at your leisure. I purchased my engagement ring from Neweys 2 years ago and yesterday we went to look at wedding rings we was helped by Adam such a lovely young man very attentive and patient he showed us a good selection of rings and we both saw what we wanted very pleased it has always been a pleasure to shop here ?

Started our wedding ring shopping day here, and it was great. Wide variety of rings, and Felicity delivered what was possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced. Still deciding on the ring, but Newey's left a very strong impression and were more competitively priced than others.

My partner and I came here after some recommendations from others and we are SO glad we did. We had been to others and had been really overwhelmed with how pressured we were to buy something and find what we wanted but there was nothing like that here! We were able to freely look around at our own pace and when we wanted to try bits on we were greeted by such a kind and welcoming manor.Daisy (I hope that?s her name that?s the only one we found on the receipt) was fantastic - offering advice to us both, advising on sizing for my partners ring and helping find a ring to fit my awkward shaped engagement ring. We left after purchasing our rings so happy and positiveWe can?t wait to receive them now - thank you!!

i have never bought anything myself from the jewellery quarter, always had things bought for me and a few things from neweys. any time ive had to go in they have been brilliant and i know that if i was ever buying myself i would come straight here. i have brought a bracelet back a few times that kept breaking and they have sorted it out for me each time. they are always lovely, even the man in the back who does the repairs and he has done a good job of it. thank you so much i cant describe how greatful i am :)

I visited a number of shops today in the jewellery quarter looking for a baptism gift and this was the only shop I went in where the service was worth the purchase. I wasn?t rushed or made to feel pressured as I?m an indecisive shopper. The woman who helped me was friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience

Stunned and amazed but not in the positive sense. I visited the jewellery quarter to purchase 3 gold chains. Neweys was the first stop I made. While browsing I asked to look at the chains closer, one caught my interest and I asked if it could be weighed for me, (you know because gold is a commodity after all) however was informed I was not allowed to know the weight which was a company policy. I have been shopping at the jewellery quarter for years and have never ever come across this farce before. I couldn't believe it. Even after telling them I wouldn't buy without knowing the weight they refused, however would happily weigh for their own knowledge just couldn't tell me. I took my business a few doors down to sonny's where I had a very pleasant experience and walked out with 3gold chains and knowing the weights of all. If you want a pleasant and informed shopping experience go anywhere in the jewellery quarter but here!

After being to quite a few jewelers looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands, both in Birmingham JQ and Hatton Garden, we came here and were blown away by the warm, friendly staff and the customer service we were given.
