Rude staff i brought a item received a email to say it has arrived.Went to collect showed my receipt was then asked if i had photo id.I replied no i asked why i needed it.Was told in case some one was using my receipt .I then said i have it on my phone the confirmation txt .The staff member and then the manager was very rude i felt like the pair of them was ganging up on me .Looking at the reveiws it seems these to have a problem with customer service.I will be reporting to head office as i recorded the whole conversation.Mean girls come to mind.

Disgusting customer service shown to my family member by the store manager who then denied being the store manager. Definitely taking this up with the head office, this woman shouldn't be in retail let alone be training others on how to do their job. It's funny how names are given out when they want a compliment but not a complaint.

I had come to store to return product. Tiana was very helpful and advised me how I can complete return formality online and I was able to finish it in time. She was very professional and I was really happy with customer service experience. Thank you

Lucky to even get a star from me. Just been to new look with my sister and her children and as kids do they picked up asking for sweets which were already opened. Then the mother returned them to the desk making a Staff member aware and she was very abrupt and rude telling her she has to pay for them. One of the children already had sweets in their mouth from before entering the store. Then the staff member accused the child of eating there sweets and demanding she pays. It was really humiliating for my sister and if my neice and nephew did we would have gladly paid. She didn?t say a word about her mistake not even an apology. Not the kids fault that she was having a long day stocking shelves. Will not be shopping in there again!

Honestly from a professional point.. great staff! Amazing team and such great service overall.From a personal point of view.. I love seeing different styles on the mannequins and love seeing the staff busy doing things to make the store stand out!

I dealt with Keeley & Tina at New Look Kings Heath. I asked if some sandals could be held until I collect them. They were both extremely helpful and friendly and confirmed all the details/product code were correct with Keeley. I think they are a credit to your store!
