the staff are super rude. If your closing time is 6pm so I guess you are going to serve the customers till 6pm. but this store going to close 6pm but it?s Unofficially closed from 5pm.
First incident :
today I found so many pretty dresses I picked around 10-12 dresses to buy as they r so reasonable. I wanted to use the fitting room to check is it going to look pretty on me as well. it was 5.20 or 5.30pm. the young female staff said it?s closed. it was fine with me. I started to show my husband the dresses I thought I will buy some of them without checking the fits as I liked them so much. the dresses were heavy so I was putting some dresses on my side hangers. the fitting room staff said i have to give the dresses to her as this portion got tidy up. i didn?t mind I gave 2 dresses to her one have hanger one doesn?t have hanger she asked me where is the hanger i said I found it like this she said so rudely that is it was on the floor (she mocked as if I lied to her) . I was shocked for a bit than again asked what did you said !!! so put back all the dresses and left the store.
2nd incident:
when I was checking the dresses one of the dress fell on the floor from hanger. there were so many dresses in my hand so it was not possible to put it back in hanger. one of the middle age asian female staff with black hair said something like ?be careful and not to mess it? ( basically i m that kind of person who always tries to save any items from damage no matter in which store. If I see something fell off from hanger and someone gonna step on the item I tried to put it back even today I have done the same) so felt quite disheartened that she?s thinking about closing the store she?s not bothered about customers. than i remembered she?s the same lady who?s always rude. she makes uncomfortable any customers with her body language. it seems like we r not gonna buy anything we r wasting her time.
i wish i could give one star but its our local store I always buy from here because of the best prices.as I m not an online shopping person. I love to buy dresses after checking the fits. so it?s best for women?s clothes and accessories. even though today I was wearing everything bought from new look.
but the staffs behaviour is getting worse day by day.
you need a announcement that our saff unofficially closed the store on 5pm customers r not allowed. so we won?t waste our time after 5pm

This is my local New Look and I was looking for jumpers and the price wS right as items were on sale. I also found a bag for my Auntie so win win.

Lovely bargains and discounts - staff were welcoming and helpful. As I walked around the shop looking to grab a good bargain met some lovely ladies (Halima, Riya, Ayesha) who I couldn?t help make a conversation with.
However one Asian man staff did make me feel uncomfortable when I reached the tills by asking me personal questions and then proceeded to be overbearing. At first I thought nothing but he was starting to become invasive.

I came to new look on Saturday to return an order. Halima at till patiently talked me through the return?s procedure, which was reassuring as I was unfamiliar with it. She also asked if I wanted to reorder the items and took her time with me even though it was busy. She was overall polite, and patient which is something you don?t see often with retail workers anymore. Will be coming back again!
