amazing service by the young girl who has recently graduated from uni ,she was very pleasant and thoroughly explained every detail of my eye test to me ,she was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease ,cant wait to get my new glasses and will definitely be going back again in the future ,highly recommend

Reacted quickly when I rang with a problem that my own optician couldn?t help with. Friendly and helpful. The optician himself was professional and thorough. Very informative. Tested my eyes and reassured me about my eye health . I realise now that my own optician is incompetent. New Image now have a new customer.

Very friendly staff. I'm on vacation and they helped me buy contact lenses there and then, whereas the other stores I went to had to order them in :)
