Absolutely disgusting company ? leaving many vulnerable people with care on occasions been told sorry no care tomorrow for your father do I have to cancel work where I work with vulnerable people in order to provide my father's care and only to find out this evening that they will no longer to be able to provide care again leaving my father and many others without care tomorrow! THIS COMPANY IS SICK AND DISGUSTING THE OWNER HAS NO SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked for this company in Rutland since February this year. The job I applied for was Stamford. The person who is running the Rutland Office made us work in Oakham when we didn?t want to. We weren?t signed off on any equipment the training is awful if you got training. I left in September this year and they never told head office I left she never put my mileage through for July August and they didn?t pay me my holiday which I was owed. I have been to Acas. I finally got a new wage slip on the 8th October this year but no wages till 1st November. The director is the one who pays you and I should of got it on 31st October he rude and doesn?t care one bit. I will never recommend this company as all the management don?t know how to treat the employees and you never get paid on time. I?m really surprised they are still in business and hope CQC will look in to the company properly for the employees and Service Users.

Was told around 8 weeks ago that I had a job i filled in the dbs form 6 weeks later stil no dbs message the manager asking if there was any news her end she told me she would chase it up messaged her again the follow week as stil no dbs she said she would send another one off I no that you don't need to send another one off all you need to do is chase it I started thinking something not right so I emailed the dbs company myself to be told by them that there is no dbs application under my name so with this information I messaged the manager again she then told me that the dbs head office had changed and that her forms were out of date and that she was waiting for another load of forms and that she would send another one off so I lefted it a while and contacted the dbs again and what a surprise no dbs application under my name messaged the manager no reply. This company was a complete waste of my time..

im a field care superviser i have worked at new hope for 15 months. we are a very dedicated group of support workers who are dedicated to there service users. we are very loyal to each other the reason i love it is our service users and the staff i work with.

Well I was given the post as a care filed supervisor and what can I say this company has no clue what they are doing or talking about and some of them have partners there witch can do what ever they like and I mean what's ever they like the company does not pay you for the work you do with them and you ring head office and they have no clue about anything that's bin going on and say sorry but believe me do not not work for the company in Stockport you will regret it if you do I am now taking it up with acas to get my money I am owned believe nothing she says to you the manager does not know anything I had a contract for 37.5 and did over time an got nothing near what I should off done but trust me this company in Stockport if really not worth working for and STAY AWAY FROM THEM
