We visited the Nespresso store inside Selfridges and were genuinely impressed. Paul approached us during our visit and was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Even though we were only buying accessories, he still made us a coffee and introduced us to some new flavours ? which we ended up buying! Paul is a real credit to the team. Highly recommend visiting this boutique!

Excellent customer service, sorting out an issue for us from when we brought our machine at John Lewis Leicester . Harrison was very helpful and friendly and solve the problem very quickly. He also made sure we were very happy before we left. Thanks Harrison

About a month ago, me & my wife had a lovely experience with a lady named Maggie who was so helpful and more interested in getting us the right coffee machine for us rather than just the most expensive, can't express enough how kind and thoughtful she was the entire time she served us
*** Also I've just checked and there's a few reviews regarding Maggie so whatever they are paying her, needs to be even more! ?

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Nespresso Boutique at Selfridges Birmingham after being inspired by a coffee machine I saw at a friend?s place. I had also tried coffee from the same machine earlier at another friend?s house, and the quality left a strong impression on me. That?s when I decided to explore it further and make a purchase of my own. At the Boutique, I was welcomed and assisted by Karina, who was absolutely outstanding in her role. From the moment we engaged, her professionalism and deep knowledge of the Nespresso machines and capsules were clearly evident. She patiently walked me through all the features of the machine explaining what would suit a home setting, helping me understand the capsule system, and asking insightful questions about my coffee preferences to help guide my choices.
What truly impressed me was her attentiveness and dedication. Even some of the machine colours that weren?t on display she made sure to bring them out so we could see every option available. She really wanted us to make a choice we?d be happy with long term. Both my friend and I were there to purchase machine and she took the time to make us customised coffees based on our preferences, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and memorable.
Karina?s customer service was impeccable and her salesmanship truly top-tier. She made what could have been a routine shopping trip into an experience. A huge thank you to her and the entire team at the Nespresso Boutique your hospitality and expertise are very much appreciated!
