This is by far the best experience I have ever had in a bank. I was served by Natalya, and she was absolutely fantastic. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and supported me with several processes relating to my account. I was with her for at least twenty minutes and there was no pressure of being rushed at all. The high standard of professionalism was phenomenal and like nothing I have ever experienced before. I also shared my feedback with the manager who was also very grateful to receive this information. It really was a great experience. Thankyou Natalya.

I visited the high street Birmingham branch of Nationwide, with my elderly mother, and we were not disappointed. We were served by a delightful young lady called Lauren Shakespeare. She was so polite and respectful, especially towards my mother. Lauren understood what needed to be done, and did so efficiently and professionally. I left feeling happy with the excellent, and I'd go as far as saying exceptional service from Lauren. So thank you again for sorting everything.
