The bank's closed most days, and even when it is open, it's only until 4:30, when most people are still at work. Plus, it's closed on Saturdays too. What's the point of this bank??? It may aswell close down!!!!!

She took the time to carefully address my concerns and patiently worked through the issues related to the account closure. On top of that, she went the extra mile by emailing me additional helpful information that has been incredibly valuable.
Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication left a lasting impression on me. It?s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I deeply appreciate the time and effort she invested to ensure my concerns were resolved.

Horrendous bank, wish to never have to deal with them again. Told a group of roughly 10 people to come back in 30 mins because of a lunch break, an hour later and no one had turned up leaving many elderly standing outside in the rain. No sign in door or anything to let people know

Great bank.In fact the best Bank or rather Building society I've had the good fortune to be a member of. The staff are helpful and more importantly familiar. Unlike other banks the faces here don't change, which if ask you me in this line of business is priceless. Respect now and always forever due?

I have been so many time nationwide mostly I use online banking but last few time I was going to soho road branch all stuff is so help full very nice simile on the face all the time specially MISS CERISE is really really good with her service you can tell she is really doing her best with all customers I was looking while I was waiting on the queue. She is doing her job with passion and honestly and miss Amerdeep she is also very passion with her job

Staff Always happy to help within the soho rd branch with additional personal touches such as remembering your name and having extra consideration towards people with a disability or simply frail, such as my mother... What could have been a lengthy ordeal was a relatively painless visit to the branch... My only complaint is the inability to keep the web updated with their specific opening times and sometimes early closures which have been due to staff meetings and training. On at least 3 occasions I've arrived in taxi at 8.55am to find notes on the door saying 9.30 opening..... Frustrating doesn't begin to describe my feelings.... However, other than that, no complaints....... If you guy's could take my feedback on board, you'd be close the PERFECT... PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT..
