Absolutely disgusting care service, in 1 week my relative not been offered a hot soapy water to have a wash, the carers haven't got a clue what they are supposed to be doing! The QR code doesn't work so they slope off after 10 minutes yet my relativehas to pay for 30 mins, pots left in the sink, cupboard broken but nothing said to family. Even tried to put a meal in the microwave still in the box!! Can't speak English and used Google translator to understand what dosage medicine to give! DANGEROUS PRACTICE!!!!!

I?ve got trained through nationwide and about to start my work . It was a great choice to invest my time and effort in this organisation. They are really amazing . Training classes were so helpful and the trainer Miss Windy was one of the best trainer I?ve ever met . The classes were very informative and practical which we can implement on our work days . Trainer was very mindful and co operative supportive .

Wonderful staff wonderful company very very co-operative hard-working staff. Ali sir was the best teacher ever of my life his experience his technique of teaching, the way of making us positive towards any situation are really good. He's a very wonderful trainer. Edy the lady is also so kind and Trained women. Thanks to company for giving us this opportunity.

If I could rate this organisation with zero stars I would. An absolute diabolical service. My father was put on a 3 week care package following discharge from hospital he is registered blind and lives in supported living . There is a key safe to enter the main building then another one to enter his room. Nationwide was given the codes for both YET on 7 separate occasions ( even after the code was shared with the carers during the previous failed attempts) the carers turned up not knowing the codes delaying care and in some instances not delivering care at all as they couldn?t access the building. Due to the delay in the carers then getting the code they would rush their visit complaining to my father that they are now late for their next client. One rushed so much that she ended up spilling a bowl of my fathers soup on his bed. This whole experience has demonstrated a new level of incompetence and it is evident that client care is not at the top of this organisation?s agenda but making money is. We will not be continuing with the service as it has caused more stress to my father than benefit.

I would highly recommend Nationwide for their exceptional in-home care services. The staff were professional and attentive to my mother's needs, providing compassionate and respectful care. The administrative team was also helpful and responsive. I am grateful for their exceptional service and peace of mind they provided.

Shambles of an agency - as others have been saying for years, they don?t care about their clients or their carers. Carers are given 3 or 4 ?30? minute calls per hour - surely this is in breach of Nationwide?s contracts with social services? It?s about time this company was investigated.The managers must all be rolling in money (council tax payer?s money), ripping off the council daily and never fulfilling their contracts.

Disgusting company. No empathy, lack of care & experience. Infection control and safeguarding issues! Very inexperienced carers who DO NOT BOTHER TO READ PATIENTS CARE PLAN!! Any one with relative leaving hospital or respite do not use Nationwide Care!! Caused nothing but stress and worry. Untidy, bad manners, rude staff on the phone lines, very, very unhelpful . Please think twice.

Absolutely disgusting company, treat clients terrible, carers abuse clients. Company lie with everything even with evidence proven to social services. Carers hide medication, others give what ever they want without caution to what happens to the clients. There staff have killed clients, robbed clients, and abused them. And the only good staff members (only a few) they treat so badly it?s disgusting. This company knows nothing about duty of care.The whole team in that office need locking up. Including the likes of there care co-ordinators. Most of the staff within the office are all family members so they cover there tracks well. Make sure you do real research before committing to this company private or council.If this review saves 1 person needing care then I?m happy because nobody should go through the pain this company causes. STAY WELL AWAY.

Unprofessional company with all of the head staff being highly unprofessional and incompetent including the care hub manager who cant speak English correctly and the director dismissive of all of this. The office staff in the head office are not qualified to do their jobs as they do not have the relevant qualification for their role. The HR team are not qualifield and dont even have the basic level 3 CIPD Qualification. The staff in the head office are bullies and bully the field staff and threathen them of their livelihood. The company is non compliant and should be closed by CQC.
