I had ordered halloumi and mushroom pita. I had some issue with the food and immediately was replaced by the store manager. A big thank you to the store manager.

Eat in here is generally decent especially when you specify chicken well done - indicates your a regular and they take a little time I feel taking a little care - ordered a delivery at 4PM to collect - a leaking bag, with half a box of fries, frozen mash, burnt rice bits, burnt corn and undercooked chicken. Super disappointing and will avoid the collection service - Stick with eat in as this will really hit the spot. A two for collection at best, come on Nando?s Star City you guys normally kick!

Standard Nando's menu which is nice. This branch falls short on cleanliness, with questionable table maintenance and below-par bathroom conditions. The somewhat rough atmosphere and boisterous crowd might put you off. The saving grace is the impressively quick service, getting food to the table in record time.

Worth a visit. Tried their Butterfly chicken, which is basically a chicken breast and comes with chips and I ordered regrettably ordered rainbow slaw. Chicken was perfectly cooked and the chips (cooked from frozen) were also soft. Give it a go.

Came here with the family and ordered a handful of food.
Was seated very quickly. After deciding what to order; we ordered a bit of everything. Boneless platter, chicken grilled burger and 4 boneless thigh meals.
Wait time was around half an hour till we received our food.
The sides were all nice and everything but the chicken was genuinely burnt. Like with all due to respect; I could just taste burnt butterfly chicken.
In all fairness; after complaining to the manager; they gave a replacement butterfly chicken which did taste better.

Frequently visit - can?t really fault the food at this branch as generally it taste as good as most Nando?s branches.
However the general hygiene and cleanliness is very much questions. Tables surfaces seem sticky and overall the place looks. messy in toilets and corners out the outlets.
