PLEASE BE AWARE!!! Me and my partner ate here yesterday and we both have SEVERE FOOD POISONING!!! FSA has been made aware of this. We ate inside the restaurant for my Birthday meal and as soon as we got home I was feeling very unwell and then woke up in severe pain at midnight, haven't been to sleep since .........
We ordered the butterfly chicken burger and the boneless platter, THANK GOD UP IN HEAVEN MY SON WAS SMART ENOUGH TO REFUSE HIS NANDINOS PITTA!!
We have eaten here before and never has there been a problem. Whichever the way, you will not be seeing us again.

What a fantastic branch of Nando's!!! Food was cooked deliciously and service was on money namely Nick who made our experience with his laid back yet warm style of customer service. Huge thankyou Nick!!! Highly recommend a visit ?

Service and atmosphere were extremely disappointing. I went out with 4 friends, and the experience was a mess from start to finish. Two of my friends never received their meals until we had to ask for an update, only to see their food just sitting on the heating station. Not a single apology was offered.
One of my friends ordered a grilled chicken wrap, but what she got was a wrap filled with just coleslaw?no chicken at all. When they finally brought the chicken out, it was cold. As for myself, I ordered a chocolate cake for dessert, but it never arrived until I had to chase it up with the server.
The service overall was appalling: our starter plates were still on the table when our main meals were brought out, and no one bothered to check on us at any point. The staff seemed far too busy flirting with each other rather than actually paying attention to customers, which was infuriating given the issues we experienced. To make matters worse, we witnessed four other people complain about their food in the span of a minute.
This place needs to seriously step up its game. Do better!

Very good. I had the Butterfly Burger, with Peri Salted Fries to take away. The chicken was superb, freshly cooked and cooked well - juicy but with a nice char. I opted for 'medium' level of seasoning spice and that was just right with good flavours and nice warming but not OTT. The service was good, I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked to order but my expectations were managed and I anticipated this as was getting to near the end of the evening. I was happy to wait as would rather wait for fresh food than be served up something quickly that has been sitting around for a while. The chips were tasty, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle with good seasoning. I got more than the picture shows! Overrall, very good, I will visit again.

Probably the worst Nando?s in Birmingham! Staff are too slow..ordered over the app, watched my food ready for about 10 minutes till it was brought over to me. And was then missing items on the wrap?useless.

Friendly staff but delivery?s can be slow drivers only get 15 mins to park in the outside carpark witch can take you 5-7 mins to walk from after u find a spot if u go over the 15 mins u get charged 20 pound to get out

Nice food quickly prepared and easy to order via the app. It was late afternoon mid week when we visited, so place was quite empty.
Parking: We had boneless chicken thighs, which were very nice.

Great food and service. The chicken was cooked accurately, it was not dry nor chewy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauce station is clean and arranged. Great dinner spot.

Some of the staff didn't' seem to like their job, only a couple of them smiled the whole time I was there, when my food came my chicken was over cooked and I had to send it back, they did come with a replacement in record time so I over looked the problem, would I eat there again, yes.
