I'm definitally going back to this specific Nando's because of the great service!
My food was cold, but I didn't say anying because I was hungry. A staff member asked how the food was, and I said it was cold but that's okay and that I don't want to bother the kitchen staff with it.
They insisted on compensating me and my partner. The manager, I believe their name was Lugan (?) was very kind. Such a great experience overall despite the food being cold (delicious nonetheless!)

I had an amazing experience at the mailbox Nando?s . We were served by Iman who was exceptionally helpful and polite and made us feel so welcome. She offered the children?s some colouring to keep them busy, She went above and beyond and she?s an absolute credit to the team.

Really poor service, food was cold and was ignored when asked for a takeaway box to take my sons meal with us
Kid-friendliness: Not as child friendly as other Nando?s, didn?t even offer the drawing paper let alone the crayons? which may have been more edible than the cold food served

Was a very busy Saturday evening when we went. Staff were very friendly and found us a table straight away. Atmosphere was good. We ordered from our table via the app. Food arrived very promptly and was superb. We will use this Nandos again. Thank you.

Had the best experience here last night. Came with my two little boys and their gran. The vibe was great, we were seated right away and the food was served quickly. We were served by a guy called Lunga, he was the sweetest person and really went above and beyond for us. He had such a warm and friendly personality with everyone and delivered exceptional customer service.
Being honest, all the staff we interacted with there were lovely. We all had such a great time, will definitely be returning to this place when we visit Birmingham in the future!
P.S: behind the mailbox around the canal area at Christmas time is stunning. A hidden gem, for any tourists that want to know :)

Great food and service. Tables are clean and toilets are in a good condition. We have come back here multiple times and each time service has been great.

Nandos staff are so welcoming and friendly. And they went above and beyond with me as I have an allergy. Thank you nandos team for such a lovely service. I will be definitely be coming back soon ?

Although you can pay at the till you are directed to use the app which wasn'tthat straightforward. The service was only satisfactory, and the chips were cold despite them being on the same plate as the rest of our orders. Staff were helpful, polite, and friendly and replaced the chips when altered to them being cold. It's not a great atmosphere as it's a small venue.

It was rly yummy but I ordered 2 peri peri they only gave one and I thought it would be spicier but it?s ok everyone in here is rly nice and helpful I wish my other friends came too ???

I wasn?t here for the atmosphere, but just a quick meal after work. I haven?t been to Nando?s for about 10 years. The food came pretty quickly and was really delicious and tasted fresh. The service was amazing. A lovely young lady met me at the door and talked me through everything. She was so helpful and really cared. I?ll be back there again soon . Thank you ? Nando?s
