Ordered take out before getting on to our train however when we opened it the order was completely wrong and they?d missed out 4 extras which we had paid for. Won?t be returning.

Tatenda (hopefully got the spelling right) was lovely, so helpful - especially with my friend who brought her baby with us. Honestly made the experience so great. Really accommodating, fast and friendly! A star.

Ordered meal platter for me and my son , we asked for extra plate , they bluntly refused, they actually want me and my son to eat and put the bones back inside our eating place, the sweet corn and chips extremely cold, something really off, this is why i prefer bullring Nando?s , but they run out of chicken hence I can to grand central, but I regret
It and will never go there again ,it was so hard for us to eat from one bowl as the distance is a bit

Attended Saturday evening, and although it was busy, we were seated straight away and greeted by Leo, who was so friendly and welcoming. Really chatty, didn't just show us to our seats and leave us with our menus like a lot of staff do, but made the effort to talk to us briefly and make us smile.
Food was lovely as always. My only criticism is that the starters are brought out with the mains, so food will go a bit cold by the time you get to the main.
