Even though Nandos is getting more and more expensive and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I have to say this is one of the best Nandos I've been too.
Friendly staff, quick service and quality cooked food. When I'm next in the area, I'd definitely consider going here again.

Very disappointed with our visit but to be honest the last few time we have been to the fort Nando?s you can tell things have been going down hill
Visit this site on the 30/12/25 around 7:30pm the place was half full we got a table straight away
But the table was dirty, sticky and looking around the whole place needed a deep clean.
The staff were all miserable and it felt like non of them wanted to be there
The food was ok (bits were forgotten but it was sorted)
Same with the sauce bottles all of them were dirty and sticky.
Someone from head office need to come to the Nando?s at the fort and sort it out
Not expecting the Ritz but wherever you go out to eat the place and it?s surrounding need to be clean.
As mentioned have been going to the fort Nando?s for years but it?s been going down hill it seems like Nando?s are cutting back on everything (portion sizes, customer service etc) but there prices keep going up.
The staff need a few courses in customer service.

Tried for the first time recently, on a weekday evening. The store was not too busy which was good. The service was fast and food was fresh and tasty.

Female waitress not wearing uniform has bad attitude towards customers.Dropped dirty food on a customer but didn't apologize and went behind to badmouth the customer to other employees.Will never come back without changing staff.

Stopped for lunch during a visit to The Fort. Plenty of seating available at the time we visited, staff were helpful in finding us a table suitable for our pushchair.
Parking: Uses The Fort car park which has plenty of spaces but can get busy at weekends

Was my first time having a nandos, staff were brilliant even tho i was with 18 others for my nephews birthday, food was fantastic and the atmosphere was quality, great place, very welcoming environment and staff, will definitely go again.
