I love the shop, the cloths, the stationary etc... I was in today with my wife and 3 young kids. Admittedly not the easiest kids to handle but they didn't really misbehave. There were 2 ladies at the till downstairs, one helped me find a shirt in my size and she was nice and helpful while the other one, me and my wife discussed this afterwards, she was just very cold and clearly irritated that we had brought our children into the shop. Not cool.Just as a side note the security guard at the entrance was very nice and a happy chap!

MUJI had a variety of goods to offer. The store is clean and organised well. Focusing on the stationary, I was very satisfied with the quality of the items. They were simple and aesthetic, which is just perfect for me. However, MUJI has so much plastic and is therefore not very sustainable.

So glad we have Muji in Birmingham. Service staff are kind. You must visit Muji if you like Japanese style clothes, kitchenware, household.

Nice store but its just full of PLASTIC. Everything seems to be made of plastic. They want £30 for a small plastic box. I had to laugh - and walk away.

there don?t have the black pen in Birmingham store and there are so rude and there don?t even speak Chinese and Japan and HongKong got the black pen 0.5 in Birmingham store there don?t have it .DO NOT BY THE PEN IN Birmingham store

Always a pleasure. The best shop on Birmingham New Street. A calm oasis from the otherwise hectic environment of the high street. The shop is dog-friendly and the staff are always really welcoming.
