Served by a member of the team that did not have very good customer service skills as they appeared that they didnt want to be their and didnt interact very much at all, we ordered 2x soft drinks to which we were givent he wrong ones at first and when I asked for the one I specifically ordered she sneered at us. The food and drink also seemed very overpriced comapared to other stores Ive used, plus they dont bring hot food over to the table, whereas other stores Ive been in they have done when its ready. It just got left on the side of the very cramped counter where other member of the public were standing and leaning against the side waiting for their drinks. We were sat in the corner of the cafe, which was very cramped after attempting to sit in a very tight booth. My partner noticed while eating that there clearly was evidence of rat or mouse dropping near the side door where we sat. I've had mice in my house and I know what they look like, wish I had took phographic evidence now. This put us off alot. I think this sorting as it's a public health issue particularly as serving food and drink. Not the best Muffin Break at all sorry to say.

Poor quality of the Muffins
When I teared off the wrapped paper of the muffin, the center of the muffin fell apart like pieces!

Ordered a sausage roll and a sausage & egg muffin.
Sausage roll was ordered cold to eat later, which wasn't bad but nothing exciting
Sausage and egg muffin was ordered hot to eat in. Friend egg was nice, but the rest was cold, hard and lacking taste, even with salt and pepper.

Rude! I dont really make reviews but well. I Ordered a hot white americano takeaway to 3 people and nobody seems to finish the order. Got scolded by a white lady with short hair with highlights in front of everybody cuz I didnt say takeaway away and she?s already done it. I said takeaway to 3 people and she has the audacity to say I ddnt and shee proceeded to serve me cold coffee instead. Brilliant

Me and my two friends dined here today and the experience was unpleasant. My friend ordered a vegetarian breakfast, which costed nearly £10 and the portion size was not up to standard. There was the smallest portion of beans, missing one has brown and had an egg shell in the fried eggs. Abysmal. I ordered an iced chai late and it was near enough just cold milk, whilst my other friend?s drink was missing, which we had to go and ask for. She also ordered the french toast which costed £9.90 for one slice of bread with some fruit and syrup on it. Appalling quantity and quality for the price. I work in hospitality and am very forgiving and understand of just how stressful it can be when it is busy, and that mistakes happen. But there are standards. And they weren?t met. Will not be returning.

I initially visited the shop to inquire about a job opportunity, but the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome from the start. unfortunately, my visit was completely ruined by the manager on duty?a blonde woman whose attitude was shockingly unprofessional and racist. It was clear she had no interest in providing good service or creating a welcoming environment. It?s a shame that a place with so much potential is being run by someone who seems to have zero respect for people. I'll never return to this coffee shop.

I recently visited this café and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the manager. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, and her attitude towards me was unpleasant and even offensive. I expect respectful and courteous service, especially from management, but sadly, that was not the case here. I hope the café takes this feedback seriously.

Food came out of the oven machine and it was stone cold.
Manager (woman with short blonde hair) was extremely rude to her work colleague! Gave the poor girl a hard time infront of customers. Argued she had got orders wrong but in fact she was wrong.
If I was that member of staff id have been walking out. No one deserves to be treated like that in the workplace

Had to give 1 star in order to review. I wouldn't have given that if I were able to review without it. Ordered 3 classic breakfast..c £40..and it was the worst breakfast we've ever had. The eggs were like Frisbees, everything was over cooked. Would nor return or recommend to anyone. Very sad!!

A lovely place to grab a coffee with friends or alone. A nice selection of cakes and sandwiches and the coffee is always great. Great prices too. Always recieve wonderful customer service especially during my last visit Arpeet was so friendly, welcoming and provided wonderful customer service. Will definitely be visiting again soon :)
