A friend treated me to a deep tissue massage and a pedicure at Mosley Haven. Both treatments were excellent. The treatment room for the deep tissue massage was calm and warm with a super heated bed, the massage was thorough, expertly done and I felt every detail was thought of. I highly recommend Alyson & this amazing treatment.My pedicuress was Ferzana & she was delightful. The pedicure was excellent & Frezana really listened to what I wanted, offered good advice and was so friendly. Again, all the little extras were there and I felt very pampered. Thank you Mosley Haven & my thoughtful, generous friend.

I have always enjoyed great treatments today however today was amazing! I booked an Indian head massage and I don't think I have ever been that relaxed!

It is always a pleasure visiting Moseley Haven, all of the therapists are lovely and they do the best eyebrow shape and tint I?ve ever had! Have been going there for over 7 years and would not trust anyone else!

The four stars are for the efficient manner our cancellation was handled. First thing in the morning of my visit I received an email saying it was cancelled and I would be contacted by phone. The phone call duly arrived and it was explained that all therapists bar one were off sick. A shame as it was a planned birthday treat for a visiting friend. But a nightmare scenario for any business owner. We were offered the option to rebook, which was impractical as my friend lives far away and I am imminently leaving the area too. So we requested refunds which arrived later that day.It?s a shame we will never get to experience the treatments at Moseley Haven that another friend had recommended, but can?t fault the customer service!

Alison has been doing my Hollywood wax for over 5 years now. She?s thorough, gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. Such a lovely lady too. Hot wax is amazing and very painless. Personally I?ve had minimal hair growth since I?ve been coming to Alison and I leave 4 weeks between each wax. I?m an expectant mother and she makes adjustments to ensure I?m comfortable. I love the care from the therapists and the results of any treatment I have at Mosley haven.Thank you.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly i was offered water and had all of my belongings taken care of. My treatment was amazing and the room i was in was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

The actual place is good. The massage was top notch however!! If you want to book in here for the love of Jesus do it in person not on the website!!! I booked 2 packages of massage +facial for me and another but when we arrived they only had the massages on the system. The online booking system is very flawed. But the actual spa it's self is good and I would recommend... just book with a human.

I would highly recommend Mosley Heaven for a relaxing and wonderful manicure and pedicure. My treatments were both with Ferzana who was lovely and really took her time. Thank you for all of your attention to detail, I am thrilled with the results.
