I visited the Coleshill, West Midlands store today to purchase from the salad bar. I arrived at the store before 9 am this morning to get 'fresh' food from the salad bar. However, the salad bar had visible stale food. The top layers of the pastas and couscous were dry, the salad leaves were all wilted and brown. This is not the first time I have seen it like this, but today was by far the worst. So I asked the staff when the salad bar was laid out, to be told that the food is put out the night before, and grease-proof paper is used to cover it. This is shocking as the food should be kept covered in air-tight containers, temperature controlled and not open, for rodents or any other wildlife to roam freely over the items overnight whilst the store is closed. The appearance of the food is of poor quality, as I mentioned, wet pastas have a dry layer on top and around the serving containers, and the salad is brown and wilted. It makes me question if the food served is thrown out at all or just has more added to it day after day. So unhygienic. I ended up giving the staff my container to throw in the bin.

Always enjoy the Hollyhead road Morrisons store.
Quite often have a meal in the restaurant here. Today being saturday usually busy as we know, but today only 2 staff working there.... they did very well indeed... I have noticed they are short on staff quite often. I hope this review can help get more staff as it used to be.... the young man had worked from 10am and couldn't get his dinner break till 4ish , leaving the young lady working on her own in the kitchen ( no health and safety)...
Hope this all gets resolved quickly and normal service resumed ( as they say)...
Our meal was very good though.... I'm pleased to say.
I noticed customers leaving the restaurant que due to no one at the till. Not the staff fault with only 2 staff....

A medium small sized store everything you need and the staff don't look demoralised like my main store in barnsley....looks well managed

Lovely store for any shopping, the majority of staff are lovely and friendly. Prices reasonable, shelves well stocked, prices competitive. They have a nice restaurant with wonderful staff and the food is great.
