Aug 2025 - Never any trolleys inside or outside. Absolutely pathetic, been like 4/5 times we go Asda now. If you want too shop big don't bother

Wouldn?t accept my Scottish £10 in the cafe, which is legal tender. Food was good value for money though even though I had to use another payment method

I normally use a basket to shop and this time i used a trolley.I packed my grocery in my shopping trolley bag and accidentally forgot the supermarket shopping cart at the till. I couldn't get out of the security gate as it would only open with the shopping cart but I was confused and thought I was stuck there! There was security guy standing there but never bothered to do anything until i asked him tho he saw me struggling! He asked me to get trolley (It was defo my mistake leaving trolley there!) I then got the cart and exited but again its a huge supermarket and I walked past him in the wrong direction trying to find exit but ended up at the fire exit! I walked back and asked the security guy where the exit was! He said ?its the same way you came in?!Did not bother to show the way out!
I had to ask him again for him to tell me which direction it was!
Felt the staff are very judgmental and not willing to help!
I am not regular customer at this particular morrisons but its the first time I ever had such an attitude from staff at morrisons!

If you?re out of town and you?re driving, it?s not easy to find this place, even with Google maps.

Excellent customer service on self checkout by Milad, polite well mannered and he didn't rush me, he assisted me as I was getting muddled with the tech. Thank you Milad.

**Morrisons Review (Short & Honest)**
I only shop at Morrisons occasionally because their prices are higher than many other supermarkets. That said, they?re generally still cheaper than Sainsbury?s. While Morrisons isn?t the most budget-friendly option, it can be a better value than some premium chains. Overall, I usually avoid shopping there and stick to more affordable stores.

General shopping here is fine. But for uber drivers it's a nightmare. They totally ignore u so u don't know if ur delivery order is being picked or how long it will take. End of the day we too are doing a job and people have paid to get their shopping delivered. Therefore should have some importance. I have been to other areas for morrisons and have had a good experience. This store needs to improve in the way they treat delivery drivers !
