Absolutely shocking service They lie about when they recieve prescription and pass blame to Dr's who then say its the chemist at fault. Never have stock in and when you confront them they pass buck to staff who aren't even there. not a good chemist at all but it's my only one who can get my certain medication. I'm now having to wait until after bank holiday to collect my meds....which I urgently need as repeat request was put in over 10 days ago ???

Never have anything in stock so always have to make return visits to get parts of my prescription. Staff are rude and give you filthy looks when you ask for basic things. Always a long wait - mainly due to staff standing about chatting to each other.
Expect you to wait 7 days for repeat prescriptions, but GPs dislike giving repeat prescriptions so early as it causes them issues on their end. They never answer the phone, which means people have to go in to store to check whether their medication is there and often times will leave without it. Absolutely shocking.

Very disappointing service at the Morrisons Rubery. , was waiting behind a customer and this male worker just turned around like he didn?t see me. I had to call on of one ladies who were helpful.
I?ve never seen that before, so unprofessional.

The service use to be brilliant as me and some of my family members started using this chemist when we moved into the area in the summer of 2013. However, and I hate to be that person, but ever since Brexit, pardon my language, it has gone to shit?
And don?t get me started on their whole ?please give us up to seven days? nonsense. How is it that my GP surgery, Cornhill Surgery, is able to send over my prescription ready for me to collect it within at least two days, but as soon as it comes to my house bound mother?s GP surgery, Leach Heath Medical Centre, you?d sometimes be waiting up to three weeks? Also, in my honest opinion, I truly believe this chemist got sick of me badgering them for my Mum?s important medication regarding conditions such as COPD, so either them, Leach Heath, or both, decided to just transfer my Mum over to Rednal Pharmacy, hold her medication like her inhalers at ransom (I wish I was joking/being overdramatic), and then I had to go back and forth from Rednal Pharmacy, AND Knights Pharmacy like a headless chicken for almost an hour to get a mix of medications that were recent, and owed to my Mum. So hopefully, third time lucky this time, and Knights Pharmacy actually understand how important medication is for most/all of the people that come in, which is why I have changed over to Knights Pharmacy, and helped my Mum change over to that chemist too.
All in all, Morrisons shop = good, Morrisons pharmacy = bad.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in the world. It's completely fine when morrisons workers are there but when the none morrison workers are there they are revolting with there attitude and rudeness. And extremely racist Asian guy that works there. Any other workers they let buy my medication that I need

Make sure you check youve got the correct prescription! I was issued one for a totally different person, their drugs and repeat request all with their personal details AVOID
