Complete and utter joke with pumps always closed.Cant pay at kiosk and use vouchers ,gift cards because mainly pay at pump only.This is one of the worst joke run petrol stations in the UK,nevermind Brum.

the cafe staff are a farce rude obnoxious and have poor hygiene ordered a bacon and sausage sandwich at 12.14pm still waiting at 1pm and too think we've just had a pandemic they all coughing not seen 1 of them wash their hands just carry on their duties carrying plates of food to tables

Useless staff, asked before fueling if their card reader work, they said yes. (Only had phone to hand) contactless card reader at fuel pump store classically wasn't working. Obliged on their advice to get cash out in their store across road, of course can't be don't by contactless. They decided to let me in the fuel pump shop to try another. This one did! They made out like their was no option and miraculously sorted the issue after wasting an hour of my time. Useless!

Love shopping at Morrison?s you can get everything you need under 1 roof prices are reasonable staff are good and very helpful Abdul the manger at the cafe as helped me a few times he definitely goes out of his way to help you also the lady at the fish counter helped me a few times even under hectic times like when the salmon fish offer was on parking is great

AVOID!!! Absolute carnage!They?ve changed most of the pumps to pay via bank card yet half of small heath do not use this option and feel it is safer to pay via actual money (CASH)...Morrison are trying to work their pumps via robots LOL and get rid of staff (= more credit rather then liability only if some people understood that then again knowledge is power...)BUT WE WILL NOT HAVE THAT!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR TO USE A PAY OVER COUNTER PUMP!!!!!!

Very handy but since jumbled the pumps can only use pay at the pump and kiosk both mixed that's why so much confusion and don't know who is waiting for what plz change all of them for both pay at pump and kiosk both
