Ordered and returned to pick up my nieces b day cookie?.from Millie?s?Chelsea (I think she was the manager)? couldn?t be more helpful from ordering the cookie to it?s pick up!!!?. Paid attention to the details n checked spelling of my nieces name recommended colours that work well together for the icing!!!?. And when I returned to pick it up ? she showed it to me rather than just hand it over!!!?Thankyou Chelsea for exceptional customer service ? I could shop for gifts knowing the cookie was being done? it just took the pressure off a very stressful busy hectic day!!!!?I will definitely be returning to the Millie?s branch in bullring in the future!!?.Ps my niece loved her cookie!!!

Visted store first time for my husbands birthday the lady there on the till Nicole bless her she was so nice amazing customer service but won?t be coming back again.the rude manager was so bossy with the staff no manners also one of the staff put wrong colour on my cookie which wasn?t a problem as I said it?s fine I?ll wait for another but I suggested to help them by taking the other one too off there hands off a discounted price the ladies was like ok asking the manger who gave such a rude response ?why should we when we can sell it on with her dirty attitude :/ I?m sorry Millie?s cookies isn?t your dads shop your getting all vexed over it calm down it?s a cookie not gold honestly she needs to fix her attitude and get out of her Fuking phone and do some actual work rather then speaking to workers like there shit and making them do everything honestly such a JOKE FIRST AND LAST TIME!

the cookies are nice but the staff are so rude you get treated poorly, no smile no nothing i don?t know why they chose to work in public if they don?t know basic manners or how to have a interaction.

After making a special gift order over the phone, I am dissatisfied with the customer service provided. No attention to detail was considered when taking my order! I ordered a ?Congrats on your graduation!? design on a large Millie?s cookie. I had expressed to the employee on the phone my specific colour scheme, as this was to be given as a gift for a party. When collecting my order, the colour scheme was completely wrong and the shop were not taking card payments at that time due to ?technical difficulties?. When asking for a price discount due to the errors made, the employee rang her manager. The manager claimed that they mistakenly thought we wanted the colours provided on the online version. However, I specifically rang to make sure our colour scheme was noted on our order, hence the phone call order! This was confirmed by the employee on the phone. After a tedious conversation between the employee and her manager I managed to get 10% off my order and an attempt to cover the unwanted colour scheme. However, there was no sense of sympathy towards our disappointment, as I asked if I could have a better discount due to our order being wrong and limited paying options. The manager was reluctant to give me a better discount and stated that the cookie will go on the ?buy to go? display tomorrow if we did not purchase it at the price she was offering. To make matters worse, they had the CHEEK to try and charge me for a bag after their mistake. Truly disappointed! This is the second time Millie?s cookies has got my personalised orders wrong!! Why provide the service if you cannot uphold the customers wishes!! I will not be ordering from this shop again as they lack sensitivity, efficiency, poor customer service, professionalism and attention to detail with personalised orders.

First time purchasing from Millie?s today. I?m not pleased to say the least! I ordered a giant cookie to gift my friend for their birthday as I wanted to try something different than the usual cake.
When I arrived to pick up the order the employee said this was the second time making the order as she messed up the first one.. I?m never one to complain as I work in the food industry myself, but if the team member is not confident in making the orders correctly she shouldn't be left alone in the store & requires further training. The message was unreadable & the full message I ordered was not even on the cookie?
I did politely explain & apologise that I wasn?t too pleased & it?s not readable. The employee offered to remake it and collect again within an hour. Fair enough, trying to rectify the issue.. I then went to collect for the second time. The first employee was not present the second time around. The lady asked who the order was for, I told her & she rolled her eyes like I was an inconvenience. She threw the first cookie and the second one made on the counter & said ?pick what one u want? well obviously, I wasn?t happy with the first one so why would I want that one? The second time around, was a lot neater & was readable I said thank you many times as I appreciated them taking the time to remake it but still the second employee was extremely rude no thank you/ sorry for the inconvenience nothing. Quite honestly put me off purchasing again. I think the employees need to be taught basic customer service.

I went to get a personalised graduation cookie last minute, the staff were really lovely and very accommodating and were happy to do it for me quickly, I was served by Chelsea who took care of my order and did a great job. Thank you :)

Went for a cookie to celebrate my brother?s graduation and was helped a lot by Chelsea who took the order quickly and finished it 15 minutes early. Very grateful for the lovely service and will definitely be returning for more.
