The food was not too bad. The service was a bit slow, the food was slow. Scallops were overcooked.
But our waiter was very lovely.

We visited Miller & Carter Hagley Road for my birthday meal and we were very impressed with the food and the service. You do not get quality steaks like this from your run of the mill pub food so it?s really worth treating yourself, we will definitely be visiting again! Our server for the evening was Louise, who we found to be friendly and professional- even bringing me a birthday platter with ice cream, fruit and a candle, which was a lovely end to our meal!

Food was perfect. Fussy order we made was bang on. Great service. Worth every penny. You can choose a quiet area staff are very thoughtfull.

Donna served us, she was brilliant. Really accommodating and friendly.
As for the food we had the set menu which had a great range and was very affordable.

Booked a meal with friends for New Year?s Eve. It was a set three-course menu, for a set price, with a glass of Prosecco to start.
From the moment we walked into the venue we were greeted with friendly, smiling faces, everyone willing to help and assist.
Our waitress was Donna, who was extremely helpful with us making our food choices, offering descriptions and suggestions.
The whole evening was lovely, and I can?t wait to go back again.

Hat to wait 1 hour 35 minutes for table.. then the server we had she was as miserable as the day is long the food was nothing to shout about the steak was nice..had to wait far too long in between starter and main not the greatest experience again at the miller & carter hoped this one was better than the Wolverhampton was unfortunately not

Steaks were full of fat so an 8oz steak turned into a 4oz which for what there charging for them is a joke.
Restaurant was cold and no atmosphere even though we visited on Christmas eve.
This is my 2nd visit here and both experiences have been bad so I won't be returning.
I don't know why people give miller and carter all the hype when it's just average food over priced.

Typical pre cooked warmed/microwaved chain food. Not very good. Under cooked and cold. Not worth the money we spent.
