We used Midlands Residential, Great Barr, as the selling agent for a leasehold property which completed on 31/10/23. Donna was our day to day contact and managed all aspects of the sale. We were very satisfied with the service provided. Donna was excellent at being proactive and with communications throughout. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Cannot thank all the team enough, especially Donna and Ross, for their services. I live abroad and had to do a lot at a distance, but the whole process was smooth, professional and efficient. They knew the housing market and the local area well. We were very satisfied with the evaluation and the final price we got for my mother's house. The majority of my dealings were with Ross Kola who was absolutely brilliant in all aspects of the business. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, understanding and most of all, professional. The dealings I had with other team members were also of the highest quality with phone messages passed on and emails answered promptly and succinctly. This was my first dealings with Ross and the team but they will be top of my list if I need this type of service in future and would strongly recommend to others. Its unbelievable how helpless they are when it comes to tenant's issues. They only want to quickly meet their deadlines, nothing else matters. You ask them for advice, they got nothing. You ask them for suggestions, they got nothing. Honestly, I trusted them way more than they deserved.

Midland Residential are an amazing estate agent. They gave us a very warm welcoming when putting a property on the market and the customer service from all the estate advisors was very professional and helpful. Luckily the house sold quite quick so once the deal was was sold and signed, the house was soon off the market. Absolutely would recommend this estate agent to anyone buying or selling a property.

My encounter Midland Residency has been tremendous in a positive way. In particular Donna Rushton has made an extraordinary impact on me, my communication with the company started at the end of 2021 until May 2022 and many of our communications was between me and Donna. She was consistently polite, positive and I could sense her warmth through the phone. I eventually went into the office to finalise our business and I was graced to meet the staff. All the staff we?ve very pleasant however Donna?s hospitality, communication and consideration towards my needs was a highlight that has stuck with me. In my view Donna Rushton should be renamed the Director of first impressions. All the staff were brilliant during the entire process. 9 months after we finalised our business I went back to visit and Donna remembered my name and voice which is excellent in my eyes?Very good service. I will be honoured to do business with Midland Residency again.

I have been renting out several properties through Midland Letting for almost 10 years now and have always found their service to be friendly, efficient and pro-active. They never waste time. In between tenancies, the letting department have always managed to line up viewings before the previous tenant even vacates and, within no time, manage to find a replacement. During the actual tenancies, Shamim from the management department has reported any issues straight away and managed to arrange repairs promptly. This is a god-send, as most landlords know, repairs and maintenance issues can be among the most stressful aspects of letting, and its great to know that I can leave these matters in the good hands of a friendly, professional staff member who I know can always be relied upon.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ross initially who came to get our details photos and measure the place up. He then also showed the clients round so we didn't need to worry. Donna then kept in touch with us with every step of the way right to us handing the keys over. We were very happy all the way through this process. My experience with Midland Residential was a highly professional and successful one. These guys in my view have got it right when handling their clients situation. Donna, Ross, John and the girls in the back office were absolutely amazing during a very complex and difficult process for me. The thing that struck me the most was that their level of professionalism did not change even at the peak of the difficulties ( which were created by the legal teams) Donna in particular kept a very balanced, cool and always friendly manner towards me and the situation. It was a balancing act for her managing all parties so that things did not get out of hand. Staff always made me feel they were there for me and any queries I had were taken respectfully and dealt with efficiently. I will use Midland Residential again as its one of the few estate agencies in Birmingham that I have had this uniquely highly professional experience with. I highly recommend anyone using them, as you will not be disappointed.
