I can?t thank Sonia enough for her excellent customer service, we went in store to purchase some gifts for an upcoming wedding and I must say Sonia did a terrific job in guiding us to the right items as well as upselling a beautiful watch which we brought alongside the bag. We will definitely be returning in store for future purchases.Thank you Sonia for being such a great help and the rest of the MK staff for being very professional and welcoming as-well.

I was disappointed when I entered this store I was looking for a Christmas present idea for my partner and felt basically harassed the whole time I was in there.\\nIt was a lovely laid out store and it was just one staff member that did this.\\nI entered the store with my partner just to have a browse and a staff member approached asking would we like any help we politely said we are fine thank you and if we need any help we will ask. we then started to browse around the store she persistently came to us talking about the bags and what are we looking for and after saying again we are just having a browse we don?t need any assistance she continued multiple times to target us which frankly made us feel uncomfortable my plan was to purchase one of the bags from the store but we left after not been given the chance to make our own decisions I will not be returning to this store and would suggest the staff in this store really have a think about personal breathing space of the customers and take a hint when we want to be left to browse without feeling harassed. Very disappointing ? I would like to note due to this unfortunate circumstance the store missed out on a £1000 sale

Entered this store looking for a certain type of bag that my mum had been looking years for. Immediately, a dark haired east asian girl (didn?t catch the name on the name tag) approached us very kindly. Without further hesitation, she asked about our day and moved swiftly onto the products at hand. Within years of searching, this member of staff with her tremendous help had helped my mother find this ?special? bag she?d been trying to look for. She asked for a colour, size and preference, and straight away pulled out amazing matches. I am really glad with the staff and their help. My E-receipt states her name was Qianyi and therefore deserves much credit for her help! Amazing service!

Just the one worker there that's a slightly older woman with tons of makeup on her face made for a bad experience. Incredibly rude attitude. Even though we bought a brand new purse she was talking to us as if we weren't suppose to be there.
